This range features four round plates, two 7 3/8" with 2 KW power output and two 8 7/8" with 2.6 KW power output, which can accommodate a wide range of cookware sizes. The cast iron heating areas are not only durable, but they also retain heat better than traditional coil-style burners, while the independent heat controls provide accurate temperature adjustments to suit any recipe.
